Toronto Rehab Track Workout
The program did not pick up all my time or distance but good to get one in at the place where my revival started.

17K in Two Parts
I have a volunteer day at Toronto General Hospital and ran there, which was 9.25 km. After visiting a few patients, I ran over to the Danforth and along to Woodbine station. 17 K in total.

Getting Easier
17K and feel good. There was an unexpected end to the Taylor Creek trail which caused a change of route and resulted in time on The Danforrh. I could have gone longer but Mrs. MM only wanted to do 16K. The FitBit maps are broken into two as I thought my battery would die and is lose the run altogether. Still have 10% but not sure enough juice for a half!

18K and Felt Good
I was so sweaty there at the end that I couldn't stop the time from running on MapMyRun or my FitBit, but it was a good steady run with one kilometer being slow because I saw someone I knew and I walked with him for a bit. Much easier in the cooler weather.

5K
I woke up feeling sluggish and with soreness in my neck and shoulders, right hip and big tow and lower back-fun! But I settled into a reasonably paced 5K and finished in drizzle. Feeling quite a bit better now.
